Milk Bath. Taking a bath in milk is very common and very ancient. Even Cleopatra did it so her can be as glowing and as beautiful as ever. Milk baths are beneficial to moisturize the dry skin as milk contains fat and proteins that help to soften and soothe the skin. Lactic acid present in the milk can act as a natural exfoliator, which is beneficial for women over 65 years of age. While it might seem like just a wasteful decadence, there's actually a reason why milk is good for your skin. The lactic acid in milk is an alpha hydroxy acid, which helps cleanse the skin and release dead skin cells. That allows the skin to rejuvenate itself more quickly, resulting in radiantly glowing, satiny smooth and soft skin.
